Terms of Service

Ortho Agency Elite supports student athletes seeking college soccer opportunities in the United States, including evaluation, profile building, coach outreach and guidance on NCAA, NAIA and JUCO pathways.

College admissions, athletic scholarships and roster decisions are made solely by universities and their coaching staff. We do not guarantee a scholarship, an offer, a specific school or a specific amount of funding.

You agree that the information you submit — including age, academic records, playing history and highlight footage — is accurate and truly represents you.

You are responsible for meeting academic, eligibility, testing and visa requirements set by colleges and governing bodies.

Applicants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian involved in the process.

Any service fees, payment schedule and scope of work are agreed in writing before we begin work together. Fees cover our recruitment services, not tuition, testing, travel or visa costs.

Text, images and branding on this site belong to Ortho Agency Elite unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without permission.

By submitting photos or video, you allow us to use that material to present you to college programs and, where you agree, on our athlete pages.
